We have successfully served folks that are celiac for years. Gluten-free items are featured on our menu and we have been inspired by your requests to add them to our retail offerings below. That said, HBG does not have a separate or certified gluten-free kitchen or utensils. While we conscientiously make every effort to prevent cross-contamination, please be aware of your level of sensitivity as you consider purchasing and consuming our gluten-free items. Also, our gluten-free flour mixes do include dairy and so please be sure to read the ingredients list before purchasing to ensure these items are suitable for you!
